It's beginning to look a lot like...

So I just returned from a WONDERFUL trip to Germany, visiting my dear friend, and old college buddy from Ringling and amazing photographer, Laura Boston-Thek and her family. We had a fantastic time, and pictures of the trip will soon be up on Facebook. However, as I am frantically getting prepped for this term of teaching, I realized this Thursday is Thanksgiving! Yikes, and so the holiday madness is in full swing! Due to some odd issues with the new schedule at IADT, I will only be at the campus teaching on the ground Monday and Tuesday. I also will be continuing to teach my online portfolio class as well. So hopefully I can use some of the end of the week time, to actually get my new version of my website up and running!

As always this time of the year brings with it many joys and headaches. I have not been updating here as I should, but aside from the great Germany trip, I have had knee surgery and am only now slowly building back to the level of bike riding I was at previously. However I do have the wonderful new bike I got for my 40th Birthday back in July, so that's a great motivation to get back in shape and train for the upcoming Tour De Cure in March!

Although it has lagged some in the last few terms I hope to have some neat links and additions to my Student site to make it more useful to my students, including some recorded tutorials by me! So stay tuned for more info!

Other than that I am just trying to do my best as a teacher, and spend as much time with family and friends as possible during the festive and busy holiday season. I wish everyone a good holiday and hope 2010 will be prosperous and enjoyable for all!
